Payments & Access Payment must be completed before you gain access to the product. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to the materials.
Refund Policy we stand behind the NPM Growth Method and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are granted for genuine reasons such as technical issues or if the product does not match its description. Please note that results depend on your effort and application of the system, refunds cannot be granted simply for lack of effort or change of mind.

- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and comply with all applicable laws in Nigeria and your country of residence.
- We reserve the right to reject or terminate any Affiliate account at any time without notice.
- Promotion Rules
- Affiliates may promote our Products using unique referral links provided in the Affiliate Dashboard.
- All promotions must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading. You may not make false claims about earnings, results, or the Products (e.g., no “guaranteed income” statements, as success depends on individual effort).
- You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship (e.g., “#ad”, “affiliate link”, or “I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link”) in every promotion, in compliance with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws (including Nigerian consumer laws).
- Prohibited activities include: spam, unsolicited emails, paid ads bidding on our trademarks (e.g., “NPM Growth Method”), coupon misuse, self-referrals, or any illegal/unethical promotion. Violation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all commissions.
- Commissions and Payments
- Commissions are earned only on qualifying sales generated through your unique referral link (tracked via our system). A “qualifying sale” is a completed purchase of a Product by a new customer (not a refund or chargeback).
- Commission rate: 50% of the net sale price after taxes/fees]. Rates may be updated with notice.
- Commissions are calculated after refunds/chargebacks (deducted if applicable).

- Tracking and Attribution

- Termination
- Either party may terminate this affiliate relationship at any time.
- Upon termination (especially for violation), you forfeit unpaid commissions, and we may withhold amounts for potential refunds/chargebacks.
- Post-termination, you must immediately stop using our trademarks, links, and promotional materials.
- Intellectual Property and Branding
- You may use approved promotional materials (banners, text links, etc.) provided by us. Unauthorized use of our trademarks, logos, or content is prohibited.
- All Product content remains our intellectual property.
- Liability and Indemnity
- Affiliates indemnify us against claims arising from their promotions (e.g., misleading ads).
- Our liability under the affiliate program is limited as set out in the Limitation of Liability section above.
- Changes to the Program
- We may modify commission rates, rules, or terminate the program with reasonable notice (via email or site update).
